Parish Finance Council
 The members of this council are appointed by the pastor and chosen for their expertise in financial matters, property management, and/or civil law.   They advise the pastor on administration of parish finances, budget, and property.  They also assist the pastor in making an annual report to the parish concerning parish revenues and expenditures.
